- 73% responded favorably to feeling valued and supported in the workplace.
- 75% responded favorably to experiencing empowerment in the workplace.
- 80% responded favorably to understanding their department’s direction.
- 70% responded favorably to the quality of leadership they are experiencing.

- Half of the departments had a higher participation rate compared to the annual survey.
- Favorability regarding team members’ trust in senior leadership increased by 4% from December.
- Favorable responses related to team members having regular career-growth conversations rose by 5% since December.
- Favorability for departments actively showing appreciation to team members decreased by 1% from December.
