team members shared their experience to help us grow out of 44,180 team members invited to participate. This was the first survey, so we anticipate continued growth.
January 2026
department, division, and supervisor dashboards were released. Anyone can access the team member dashboard via the tab at the top of this website.
- 73% of team members responded favorably to feeling valued and supported in the workplace.
- 75% responded favorably to experiencing empowerment in the workplace.
- 80% responded favorably to understanding their department’s direction.
- 70% responded favorably to the quality of leadership they are experiencing.
Overview of statewide reconnect survey results
July 2026
team members will receive a link in their inbox from Qualtrics to participate in the shorter reconnect survey.
August 2026
department, division, and director dashboards to be released. These dashboards will be separate from the annual survey dashboards.
- A statewide email will be sent in early June announcing the reconnect survey and that it will launch July 6, 2026.
- Seven questions will be included in the reconnect survey that pertain to all State of Missouri team members.
- One to three departmental questions will be included in the reconnect survey that were submitted by each department.
- The survey will remain open for three weeks, with four reminder emails to be sent following the initial invite.
